NeuralFlex engineered the agentic intelligence layer behind the platform—building a system capable of processing subscription data from spreadsheets, PDFs, and bank statements and transforming it into structured, actionable intelligence.
The system automatically identifies recurring SaaS payments, extracts relevant subscription information, and tracks renewal dates, giving Subsight the AI infrastructure needed to turn fragmented financial data into meaningful subscription insights.
02 / THE CHALLENGE
Subscription data doesn't arrive ready for AI.
Subscription data rarely exists in one clean, standardized format. Businesses may have payment information distributed across bank statements, spreadsheets, PDFs, and other financial records.
For Subsight, the challenge was to build an intelligent processing layer capable of interpreting these different data sources, identifying recurring SaaS transactions, extracting relevant subscription details, and converting them into structured information the platform could reliably use.
But extraction alone wasn’t enough. The AI layer also needed to operate as a production system—with predictable workflows, controlled LLM behavior, observability, evaluation mechanisms, and infrastructure capable of scaling alongside the platform.
